Mediterranean Beachfront Apartments offers luxury apartments located opposite the beach, just 15 minutes’ drive north of Cairns. Each apartment has a private wrap-around balcony with barbecue overlooking the ocean. All air-conditioned apartments at Beachfront Mediterranean include 2 bathrooms, ceiling fans, private laundry facilities and a fully-equipped kitchen. The furnished balcony offers great ocean views. Some apartments come with a spa bath, and most have their own remote-controlled garage for secure car parking. Guests can relax beside the beachfront swimming pool or stroll across the esplanade to the patrolled sandy beach of Yorkeys Knob. It is located next to acoffee shop and internet café, and there are convenience stores, restaurants and take away outlets nearby. There is a free shuttle service to Yorkeys Knob Boating Club, where you can enjoy al fresco dining overlooking Half Moon Bay, Doubel Island and the marina. Half Moon Bay Golf Course is a 10-minute walk from the apartments. Yorkeys Knob is 15 minutes’ drive from Cairns International Airport, and there is a free shuttle for stays of 5 nights or more.
