Lagrange Vacances Le Phalène is set just 30 metres from the beach in the town of Saint-Palais-sur-Mer. It offers fully-equipped studio accommodation and free parking. Each studio has a kitchenette equipped with a microwave. The lounge area in each studio features a sofa bed and a balcony or a terrace. The residence is composed of 2 small buildings with 2 to 3 floors and no elevator as well as a house overlooking the beach. Guests have access to a coin laundry. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
