Information about Platinum Residence

Located in less than 1 km from Warsaw’s centre, Platinum Residence offers spacious apartments with flat-screen cable TVs. Platinum’s rooms and apartments feature a modern and unique design. The suites and apartments have kitchenettes or kitchens, which are equipped with an electric kettle, cooker, refrigerator, toaster and microwave. Ironing facilities are available upon request. Guests can use one of the many facilities Platinum offers, like a selection of massages and treatments. The Holmes Place fitness centre with an indoor swimming pool can be used at a surcharge. Children under 16 can access it at the weekends at certain times. Wi-Fi is available at a surcharge. Breakfast is served at Saint Honore, a bakery nearby. Warszawa Centralna Railway Station and Złote Tarasy Shopping Centre are both only 1.6 km from the property. Metro Świętokrzyska is within the same distance. The Old Town is 2.4 km away.

Please note that the fitness centre and the swimming pool are available at a surcharge and have age restrictions. Children under 16 years old have access to those facilities only during weekends and at certain times. Please note that a deposit of 100 PLN is pre-authorised on the credit card at the check-in. The deposit cannot be paid in cash. Breakfast is served at Piekarnia Saint Honore in the building Platinum Towers, 61 Grzybowska Street, at these hours: Monday - Friday 7.00 - 11.00, Saturday - Sunday 8.00-11.00 Smoking is not allowed in the apartments, on balconies and in the common areas. Please note that inviting guests and organising parties is not allowed. Please note that in the case of a non-refundable reservation, you will be provided with the personalised link which is necessary to make the secured payment for the reservation with a credit card. Please note that the credit used for booking must contain the guest name to be presented at reception upon the client's arrival. If the credit card used for reservation is not presented, the Platinum Residence will request an alternative credit card for payment. Cards belonging to third parties, payment cards, debit cards and virtual cards (without the physical presence) will not be accepted.
