Information about Residence Eden

Residence Eden provides apartments in the large Paradiso and Golf Resort, giving you great entertainment and sport facilities. A free shuttle will take you to Lake Garda, 2 km away. You will enjoy discounts on the 18-hole golf course at Residence Eden. There are also indoor and outdoor pools, a wellness area with sauna and Turkish bath and tennis, football and volleyball courts. The Eden has a kid's club and organises a wide range of activities. There are also playgrounds and games areas. Your apartment at Eden Residence will come with satellite TV and air conditioning.

Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. This does not apply to non-refundable rates. In the event of early departure, the entire amount of the booked stay will be charged, up to a maximum of 3 nights. Air conditioning is available during the summer months at the hotel's discretion. Reception opening hours are 08:00-18:30. Check-in outside these hours is at the reception of the nearby Parc Hotel. Please note that kitchen linen is not provided. Please inform Residence Eden in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
