Information about Alpine Smart Residence

Alpine Smart Residence offers self-catering accommodation with a balcony or a terrace. Set 1 km from the centre of Folgaria, you are close to the most important ski area in southern Trentino. The apartments include a balcony or a terrace, a kitchenette, and a seating area. The rate includes bed and bathroom linen, electricity and heating consumption, and final cleaning. Guests have access to a free sauna, 500 metres from the Residence. Alpine Smart Residence is easily reached from the A22 motorway. Occasionally, the hotel may only be bookable for weekly stays, from Saturday to Saturday.

Please note that a deposit of EUR 200 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection. Guests must leave the kitchenette clean on check-out. Final cleaning is included but guests are asked to take out the rubbish and clean the kitchen before leaving. Additional cleaning is available on request and at an extra cost.
