This friendly, English-owned bed and breakfast is located in the picturesque town of Ebensee in the heart of the famous Salzkammergut region, only 2 km away from the shores of Lake Traun. The Rosenhof offers comfortable rooms in a peaceful setting with great mountain views from every window. The nearest ski resort is just a 5-minute drive away. In summer the surrounding area, with its stunning mountain scenery and crystal-clear lakes, is ideal for hiking, cycling and water sports. Ebensee is set on the southern shores of Lake Traun and offers a central location from which to explore the Salzkammergut. The beautiful spa town of Bad Ischl is only a short drive away from the Rosenhof. It is the former summer home of Austria's imperial family and has a famous thermal spa.
