All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. Please note rooms are situated on the mezzanine floor of a building with no lift. Full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. From Santa Lucia Train Station, take Vaporetto waterbus line 5.1 or 4.1 to Sant' Elena. Get off at Sant' Elena or Giardini - Biennale, which are 200 metres from the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
