Situated in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the award-winning Number 43 lies on Arnside’s main promenade with far reaching views over the Kent Estuary toward the Lake District fells. Guests can enjoy award-winning local food and a glass of wine from the property’s terrace. Free Wi-Fi is provided in each room at Number 43, as well as a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom. Bose music systems, complimentary homemade biscuits, and a French press with freshly ground coffee are also included. Wild boar and apple sausages are served alongside a traditional Cumbrian breakfast, which also includes award-winning home-cured bacon. Locally caught smoked haddock with free range poached eggs is also available. A selection of spirits, local beers, mixers and soft drinks can be found in the honesty bar. The Lake District Park National Park can be reached in a 10-minute drive and features a wide array of outdoor activities. A range of walks can be taken directly from the property’s doorstep, and the ancient market town of Kendal is just over 20 minutes’ drive away.
