Information about Petite Ourse

Single-family house in the district of La Joselière, 2 km from the centre, 150 m from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool (16 x 8 m, depth 90 - 180 cm, 15.06.-15.09.). Paddling pool, tennis. Private: garden (fenced). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking in the grounds. Supermarket 1.5 km, railway station 1.8 km, sandy beach 150 m. The fenced swimming pool and tennis court are shared with the residence "Plein Ocean".

The office will be closed on Sundays. For Sunday arrivals please contact the office well in advance to arrange arrival details. Please inform Petite Ourse in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
