Please note that Willa Vera has no reception. Guests are kindly requested to contact the apartment prior to arrival in order to arrange a check-in and key collection. The office is located at Nowotarska 25 Street, but the keys are delivered to the apartment location. Please inform Willa Vera in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of PLN 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
