Information about Residence Le Victoria

Residence Le Victoria is located on the edge of the forest and 2.1 km from the beach. It features a heated outdoor swimming and paddling pool and 2 tennis courts, and offers self-catering accommodation. Each accommodation at Le Victoria features a private terrace, a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette and an electric BBQ. A bread delivery service is available every morning during high season. Wi-Fi access and a TV are available at an extra cost. Additional facilities at this residence include bicycle rental to explore the surrounding cycle paths. There is also a games room, a playground and evening entertainment during the high season. Free private parking is provided on site and Challans Train Station is 20 km away. You may also choose to explore the Pays de Monts Forest next to the residence, or drive the 15 km to Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie.

Fees are applicable for baby cots in July and August only. Please note that the 30% prepayment by cheque, bank transfer or cash is due before arrival. Please note that a bar with animations is available in July and August. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
