The light and airy master bedroom provides both an en suite bathroom and a flat-screen TV. There is a playground and local shopping centre within walking distance. Use of leisure facilities are available at a nearby hotel.

Please note that the Three-Bedroom House does not come equipped with towels, they can be hired at a cost of EUR 4.50 per set. An Electricity Supply Board charge is added per night at a cost of EUR 5 during June and EUR 7 for the rest of the year. Electricity is meter read and payable on departure. Towels are available at a surcharge. Please inform Ard Carraig Holiday Homes in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. West Coast Holidays will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
