Featuring a wellness centre and outdoor pool, Residence Juvarra is located 1 km from the centre of Biella. Set in 2 separate buildings facing each other, self-catering apartments come with a dishwasher and washing machine. Apartments at the Juvarra have elegant parquet floors and an LCD TV. Each bathroom includes soft towels. Some apartments have a balcony, others have direct access to the garden. At the Zefiro Spa, you will find a hot tub, Turkish bath and massage service. The pool is open throughout the summer and features a furnished sun terrace. The residence is a 2-minute walk from a small supermarket and a butcher's shop. Biella Train Station is 3 km away, and buses to the station stop right outside the property.

The cleaning service is done once a week, and only for stays over a week. The swimming pool is open from May to September. Until 30 September, the beauty treatments will be available on Tuesdays.
