Predazzo's Sport Hotel Sass Maor is a traditional mountain-style building with wellness area and Tyrolean restaurant. All rooms offer a balcony and an LCD TV. Free covered or outdoor parking is available. This 3-star superior hotel features an on-site ski school and a free, heated ski deposit. The public ski shuttle to the Latemar slopes stops outside the door. The small fitness and wellness area of the Sass Maor includes free Kneipp path, biosauna and Turkish bath. Sauna towels are provided for free. During summer, bicycles are also available for free.

The resort fee is a compulsory card (Fiemme Card) which includes several facilities/services according to the season. This fee is not payable for children under 8 years, and a 50% discount applies for guests aged between 8 and 14. In summer, the card includes: access to most of the Trentino public transport, cable cars, nature parks, museums and discounts to sports facilities and stores in the area. In winter, the card includes: access to ski buses, discounts to ski resorts and daily discounts to sports facilities, ski schools, restaurants and stores in the area.
