Offering direct access to the ski slopes, Haus Ashling is located at the foot of the Schmittenhöhe Mountain and is only 150 metres from the City Xpress Gondola Lift. It offers free WiFi access and free private parking. Owned by an Irish couple, this small bed and breakfast offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Zell. The rooms feature cable TV and bright wooden furniture and floors. A hiking trail starts rights next to Haus Ashling. The centre of Zell am See is an 8-minute walk away.

Please note that there is a 3-minute walk up a steep driveway from the road to Haus Ashling. Parking is available free of charge either at the house or at the bottom of the private road.
