Overlooking the Puster Valley and located 400 metres from central Perca, Residence Sonnberg offers 5 modern Alpine-style apartments with garden and mountains views. On-site covered parking is free of charge. Set on each of the 3 floors, Sonnberg Residence‘s apartments are fitted with light wooden floors and furniture. Offering either a furnished terrace or balcony, each apartment includes 1 bathroom and a flat-screen satellite TV. The dining area comprises a fully equipped kitchenette and a sofa bed. During summer months the garden is equipped with tables, deckchairs and parasols. The use of the on-site washing machine and clothes dryer as well as the wireless internet hotspot comes at additional costs. On request and at no extra charge, a pick-up service from Perca Train Station is arranged. The Kronplatz ski area is a 6-minute walk away while Brunico is 4 km from the residence.
