Information about Le Plein Ciel

Accessible only by cable car during winter, this hotel is in Planachaux, in the Portes du Soleil ski resort at 1,800 metres above sea level. There is a sauna, a restaurant and a terrace overlooking Les Dents du Midi. In winter, only the Grand Paradis – Planachaux ski lifts offer access to Le Plein Ciel Hotel. Once at Planachaux, you can ski down to the hotel in 5 minutes. Rooms are simple and all have free Wi-Fi. All have private bathroom facilities and views of the Alps. The restaurant at Hotel Plein Ciel serves traditional regional food, including raclette dishes. Breakfast is buffet style. There is also a bar with billiards and 2 lounge rooms, with a fireplace and library as well as a Home Cinéma salon in the evenings.

In winter, the hotel is only accessible by cable car from Champéry - Cable cars at Champéry run from 09:00 to 17:00 - The last cable car to the hotel leaves at 16:45 - Once in Planachaux, the hotel is accessible on skis in winter In summer, the hotel is accessible by car as well.
