A kitchen, spacious living area, and laundry facilities are standard in each Mediterranean-style townhouse and holiday home. Some units have a screened-in porch and a private pool. A fitness centre, game room, 58-seat cinema, and lounging area are available. A variety of recreational activities are on site including a children’s playground, sand volleyball, and basketball, as well as tennis. Guests can take advance of a free transport service to Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios, which is 25.8 km away. The 192 Outlet is 23 minutes’ drive by car.

The service charge includes a USD 90.00 admin fee and a cleaning fee and is charged 30 days prior to arrival. Bed type preference cannot be guaranteed as it will be allocated upon arrival based on availability. Guests will receive check-in instructions through email. If no email is received, guests must call the property prior to check in. If expecting to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance.
