There are 10 bedrooms all unique in design, but each offering patchwork, lavender-scented sheets. Some of the rooms even have velvet-covered swings. The oldest part of the hotel is the 14th century half-timbered thatched barn, which was once used as a courthouse in medieval times. The restaurant has received many awards, including 2 AA Rosettes for the outstanding preparation of its food and the good quality of the ingredients it uses.
