The 4-star City North Hotel is just off junction 7 of the M1. At a surcharge, it offers a minibus transfer service to Dublin Airport, which is 15 minutes away. There is also a coach stop at the hotel and a regular service to Dublin city centre which takes 30 minutes. The historic town of Drogheda is 10 minutes away and is the gateway to the Boyne Valley. Rooms feature large beds, power showers, free Wi-Fi and satellite plasma-screen TVs. There is a 24-hour room service menu and interconnecting rooms are available for families, upon request. All day dining and a lunchtime carvery is offered in The Tara Lounge. The Mornington Restaurant offers an a la carte menu, in an intimate setting. Please note that the free parking and airport transfers must be pre-booked with the hotel a minimum 24 hours in advance. The bus is strictly subject to availability. Guests who encounter flight delays etc, will be accommodated on the next available time slot. Shuttle bus transfers to and from the airport are charged at EUR 10.00 per person each way. Parking is complimentary for the duration of the stay and charged at EUR 3.00 per day thereafter. Please note dinner is not available on 25 December 2016.
