Ballyroe is on the outskirts of Tralee town, which is home to the Aqua Dome Waterworld, Siamsa Tíre and Kerry County Museum. The contemporary bedrooms boast beautifully crafted walnut wood and leather furniture. Each offers a flat-screen satellite TV, high-power hairdryer, and tea/coffee making facilities. Some wheelchair accessible rooms are available for those with mobility issues. Overlooking the extensive grounds, the Palace Bar and Restaurant offers diners delicious fresh food. Dishes are prepared using locally sourced produce.

Pre-authorisation is not charge; it is a temporary hold. This means Ballyroe Heights Hotel will check if the card is active and if there is enough balance to cover at least the first night cost. After a certain period, the pre-authorisation hold is released. This varies on country and card issuer. Please contact your bank for advice on this. Guests wishing to pay by cash/debit card will be required to pay in full on check-in. A credit card will need to be presented on check-in to allow access to our phones, room service and room charge facilities. If a credit card is not available on check-in a deposit of EUR 100 is required to access these facilities and will be refunded on check-out after the guest room is checked by housekeeping.
