This amount is refunded upon check-out on the condition that no damage and disturbance has occurred. Arrival instructions and contact details are sent by the booking manager of the apartment after a successful prepayment. For Check-in after 20:00 a Euro 50 fee applies. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
