Information about Le Grépon 1

Residence Le Grépon offers an elevator and is located in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, 350 m from the centre and 1 km from the ski lift. The property is 4.9 km from Aiguille du Midi and 5.5 km from Trappe. The first floor studio is provided with electric heating, a living area with a TV (only FR) and pull-out bed, an entrance hall with 1x2 bunk beds and a fully equipped kitchenette. From the south-facing balcony you can enjoy view of the mountains. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. There is a free ski bus in 180 m which will take you to the slopes. Within 50 m a supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants can be found. If you feel like visiting the surroundings, check out Chamonix Golf (1.4 km) and Evettes (4.3 km). The distance to the 18-hole golf course is 4.3 km.

The office will be closed on Sundays. For Sunday arrivals please contact the office well in advance to arrange arrival details. Please inform Le Grépon 1 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
