Information about Arve 1 et 2-2

Residence de l'Arve III Chamonix is a studio 18 m2 on 2nd floor of a the three-storey Residence "Arve 1 et 2" with a lift, 700 m from the centre of Chamonix. There is central heating, parking by the building and a small garden for shared use. The living/dining room is with a double sofa bed and TV. Kitchenette with two hotplates and a micro wave. private bathroom has a shower, toilet and a hydro massage shower. You can enjoy a view of the mountains. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Shop 800 m, shopping centre 1 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4.5 km, sports centre 2 km, ski runs 1.3 km, cross-country ski trail 2 km.

The office will be closed on Sundays. For Sunday arrivals please contact the office well in advance to arrange arrival details. Please inform Arve 1 et 2-2 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
