There is terrace furniture and a covered balcony. Reserved parking. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Public parking on the road. A shopping center is just 250 m away, a sandy beach is just at a 300 m, the Seaquarium, mini golf and childrens water park are 250 meters away.
