Damage deposit: Please note that a damage deposit is required when booking this property: For bookings up to 14 nights it is CHF 500 and for bookings longer than 14 nights it is 1500 CHF. It will be pre-authorized (blocked) on your credit card on the day of booking. It will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure. Depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 4 weeks until this amount is available again on your credit card. Check-in: Please note that Vision Apartments Rue Caroline has no reception. Check in takes place at Vision Apartments' office at Rue Caroline 23, 1003 Lausanne, Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00. From Lausanne Main Train Station, the office is accessible by subway line M2, direction Croisette. Gett off at Bessière. Guests arriving after 6 pm or on weekends are kindly asked to contact Vision Apartments in advance. In such cases, keys will be deposited in the key box located at the entrance of the building where your apartment is located. The access code will be sent to you a few days in advance. Please provide photo ID: Please provide your identity card or your passport when checking in at the office. If you check in outside the office, please send a copy of your identity card or passport via e-mail or SMS. Cleaning: For stays longer than 6 nights, a change of towels and waste disposal is included in the price. Required access: Access to the apartment can be requested without prior notice from Monday till Friday between 9:00 and 19:00 for weekly cleanings / refreshing & repairs by a technician.
