Situated on the remains of the historically protected Diocletian Palace, these self-catering apartments are located in central Split, overlooking the Old City square. All include free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Behind an ancient, stone exterior, the air-conditioned Apartments Fortezza features a modern, stylish interior with high ceilings. Each room includes a cable TV, electric kettle, fridge and a piece of the original palace ruins. How to find Apartments Fortezza: When you come to Pjaca/Narodni Square (main square in old center), pass the Iron Gate and go left on the first crossroad. There you will see stone stairs also on your left and an entrance to a courtyard. Go inside the yard and there you'll find Apartments Fortezza.
