Enjoying a peaceful location overlooking the Old Danube, each of these modern apartments has a terrace with direct water access. Free WiFi is available. The apartment of the AJO Beach feature a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with hairdryer. Guests can use CD and DVD players and an iPod docking station. A shared washing machine is available as well. The property provides a free city map and a metro plan and offer all guests a welcoming gift upon arrival. The Old Danube (Alte Donau) is an unconnected part of the Danube River and offers a wide range of water sports, including sailing, swimming, and ice-skating. Free parking is available at the AJO Beach. The Donauzentrum, Vienna’s largest shopping centre, and the Kagran Underground Station are an 8-minute walk away. The U1 underground line provides direct connections to the centre of Vienna. The UN headquarters and the Austria Center are just one underground stop away from the AJO Beach.

All the information and instructions regarding self check-in will be forwarded by the property and have to be confirmed back before arrival. The property is reachable daily via phone from 9:00-21:00. Early check-ins and late check-outs are available against a surcharge, on request and upon prior confirmation from the hotel only. A security deposit of EUR 250 may have to be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be refunded at check-out if no damages have incurred.
