Just 10 minutes’ walk from Sheffield centre, the recently refurbished Kspace West One Apartments offer stylish accommodation with views over Devonshire Green. Some apartments have private balconies, while all have free Wi-Fi and modern kitchens. Each of the luxury West One Apartments has a spacious living area with a flat-screen internet TV with access to Skype for free videophone calls, separate bedroom areas, bare wooden floors, and comfortable seating. There is also a work desk, DVD player and full laundry facilities. The contemporary kitchens feature an oven, refrigerator and microwave, a washer/dryer, and a dining area. Full crockery and utensils are provided, and all apartments have a balcony with impressive city views. Situated in the West One complex, in the Devonshire Quarter, Kspace Apartments are just metres from Sheffield’s large selection of bars and restaurants. Sheffield Cathedral is just half a mile away and Sheffield Railway Station is a 20-minute walk.

For stays over a weekend, Kspace Serviced Apartments will charge a GBP 200 refundable deposit. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Unfortunately the hotel are unable to accept group bookings, but welcome families at any time. Please note: There is no reception. The property offers a meet and greet service between 14:30 and 21:00 by prior arrangement. Check-in after 21:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 10 per hour, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Cleaning and bed linen and towel changes will be made every 7 days.
