Information about Infotel

Infotel offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and private parking only 80 metres from Grand Place in the centre of Mons. It features a packed lunch service. Each of the rooms at Infotel features a work desk and a TV. They also have a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Guests can enjoy a daily buffet breakfast at the hotel. Mons Railway Station is a 15-minute walk away. Parc d'Aventures Scientifiques is a 15-minute drive from the hotel. Pairi Daiza animal park is a 25-minute car journey away.

From Monday to Thursdays: The reception is closed after 9 pm. On Fridays the receptions is closed at 6 pm. On weekends the reception is closed. Guests arriving outside of check-in hours should inform the accommodation of their estimated time of arrival. The accommodation will inform the guests of the check in procedure. Please note that the credit card used for deposit or prepayment will required to be shown at the hotel at the time of check-in. Please note that pets are allowed in the room but not in the breakfast area. Parking is based on availability. Cleaning services and bed and bath linen charges are dependent on the room type. These services can be daily or weekly. Additional services are available on request, for a supplement. The breakfast buffet is served Monday to Friday in the hotel room. Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday is available by reservation at Breakfast Manhattan, located 30 meters from the hotel. Guests who stay over 5 nights in the Studio are supplied with a basic set of dishes in the kitchens / kitchenettes. Wifi is included. Parking is extra € 2 per night subject to availability. Please note that when having paid by credit card, it is required to show an identity card of the credit card holder. This can be done via a scan sent by email, or upon arrival. For credit cards on behalf of the companies, an email from the company will be sent to us to allow us to charge the credit card. Please note that when checking in an identity card is required.
