Information about Hotel Kärntnerhof

The Kärntnerhof is a 4-star hotel in a quiet valley location directly on the Möll River in Heiligenblut, about 600 metres away from the village centre. The spa area includes an indoor pool with direct views of the Großglockner, Austria's highest mountain and the property also offers free WiFi in all areas. All rooms at the Kärntnerhof come with a flat-screen TV and most feature a balcony, as well. In winter the ski bus takes you to the valley station of the cable car and back every 15 minutes. Hotel Kärntnerhof’s 400 m² spa area includes 2 massage rooms, a Vitality Bar, a hay bath, a sauna area with 4 different saunas, and various massage showers. The winter garden overlooks the surrounding mountains. The large garden features a Kneipp zone directly in the Möll River. In the summer season, the Nationalpark Kärnten Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts in Carinthia and East Tyrol.

Please note that the swimming pool is open from 07:00 to 19:00. The sauna is open from 15:30 to 19:00. Please note that the Großglockner High Alpine Road is closed during winter season. In summer, guests arriving by car or motorcycle receive a discount on the ticket for the Großglockner High Alpine Road. Guests staying 5 or more nights can use the road free of charge. Vouchers for the discounted tickets will be sent to you by e-mail at least 24 hours before arrival. You need to print out the voucher and exchange them at the toll station. Refunds or reimbursements are not possible.
