Please note that the property only accepts payment in Vietnamese Dong (VND). === According to the requirements under Vietnamese law, guests are required to present their photo identification, passport or birth certificate of every passenger upon check-in. === Guests are responsible for self-checking room furnishing and facilities, food/drinks in minibar upon check-in and check-out as per regulations of the Hotel. === For any payments made by credit or debit card, the card holder must be presented upon check-in. He/she must also present the credit or debit card, as well as relevant identification documents. Should the card holder not be part of the traveling party, the hotel requires a 3rd party authorization form to be filled in and signed by the card holder at the point of reservation. A photocopy of the credit or debit card (front and back) is also required for payment processing. === Reservation exclude children charge. For children between age of 4 to 12 years old, the hotel will charge 50% of the adult price at reception upon check-in date. Children age 3 years old and below is free of charge. For any changes to the reservation, guests are required to inform the property at least 7 working days prior to check-in. === Full-board meals will begin with dinner on the day of check-in, and end with lunch on the day of check-out. Should you wish to have lunch on your arrival date instead of departure date, please inform the property at least 5 days in advance. This meal-change option is only available for arrival before 13:00 and departure before 12:00. Changing meal options on arrival day is not possible.
