Deposit A 30% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. For reservations during the Festival Seasons a deposit of 50% is required. Deposit would be charged anytime after the booking. Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be advised in writing and will take effect the day it is received by Kahanda Kanda. Any cancellation submitted 30 days or more prior to date of arrival, would be charged 50% of the deposit. Any cancellation submitted between 15 and 30 days prior to date of arrival, would be charged 100% of the deposit. Any cancellation submitted between 7 and 15 days prior to date of arrival, would be charged 50% of the total cost. Any cancellation submitted less than 7 days prior to date of arrival, would be charged 100% of the total cost. “No shows” and stays that are cut short will incur a 100% cancellation fee on the full room rate for the entire period booked.
