Guests are to complete and sign the form before sending it back to the hotel together with a copy of the credit card used for booking and their ID. 3. Upon arrival, guests must present above identification documents, as well as the credit card used for booking. 4. Please note, room rate is only for 2 adults. Any additional guests, 13 years old and above will be required to take an extra bed, which is available at an additional charge. (Please see Policies). 5.
