Information about Hotel Valerim Center

The Hotel Valerim Center offers non-smoking rooms with air conditioning, cable TV, and direct-dial telephone in downtown Florianópolis. Free internet access is available and private parking on site is offered for a surcharge. The hotel is situated near the Public Market, the 15 de Novembro Square and Florianópolis bus station, and 1.000 metres from Centrosul convention centre. On ground floor, you will find the bar and Dona Delícia Restaurant, which serves homemade dishes at lunch and dinner times. At night, snacks and drinks are served at the bar with live music. Every morning, a complimentary breakfast is offered at the hotel´s restaurant.

Please note, the entrance to the parking garage is located at Rua Pedro Ivo, 229. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. Please note, if you choose to pay with credit at check-in, the name on the credit card must match your ID.
