The 4-star Trelinda Guest House is set in central Newquay, a 5-minute walk from Newquay’s scenic Towan Beach. Bright, stylish rooms at The Trelinda each feature a private bathroom with a sleek glass shower unit and a hairdryer. Free tea and coffee and ironing facilities are provided, and some rooms have panoramic sea views. Breakfasts are served in the light and spacious sea view dining room. The extensive menu includes daily homemade muffins, fresh coffee and traditional cooked English and continental options. Special diets can be catered for. The quiet lounge has an honesty bar and a selection of guidebooks where guests can plan their stay in Cornwall. The Trelinda is 700 metres from Newquay Golf Club. Newquay's town centre and bus station are both just a 2-minute walk away.

Please note that the guest house does not accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18. Proof of age may be requested. The guest house does not accept bookings of more than four persons. Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties. Management reserve the right to charge a GBP 50 per person bond deposit for any groups accepted by prior arrangement. The deposit is refunded if no damage to property or the hotels reputation. Any one bringing in unregistered guests into the guest house will be charged or debited GBP 100 per night and will be asked to leave the hotel without receiving any refund for remaining nights. Please note that no rooms are located on the ground floor. Please note reception is closed at 21:00 hours. If guests are arriving late, please notify the owners well before the arrival date. The parking is free and there are enough spaces for all guests. However, it can be difficult to organise cars during busy periods. Guests are kindly asked to be patient. Booking.com does not receive the deposit, this is taken by the hotel directly. Please note that the remaining balance is due upon arrival. American Express is not accepted as a method of payment. If guests arrive early, they are advised to ring the doorbell to register any car for the car park. Due to fire regulations, no cooking facilities are permitted in any of the guest rooms.
