Mülheim an der Ruhr is a city in the Ruhr area in the western state of North Rhine-Westphalia in district of Mülheim. The city is classified as a regional center. The Frankfurter Roemer is one of the most beautiful Town Halls in the republic and for over 600 years the seat of city government.
