Location

Enkirch is a village on the River Moselle, belonging to the Traben-Trarbach, in the district Bernkastel-Wittlich, in Rhineland-Palatinate.

Sights

The small Enkircher museum with many artifacts and exhibits not only gives a great insight into the historical past of the old wine village ANCHIRIACUM-ANKARACHA-ENKRICHA, as it was earlier, but also on the daily life and work of the inhabitants of the old Moselle village. An interesting destination for tourists are the local churches. Very nice old half-timbered houses in narrow streets look very interestingly and create the atmosphere of the Middle Ages.

Educational wine route, wine tasting, wine festivals, marked hiking trails, recreation area at the river Moselle, and many others contribute to an exciting holiday in the village Enkirch.
