Sights

The Mary''s Church is the main church of Rostock and a major work in northern Germany brick Gothic architecture. Especially important are the main altar, the pulpit, the organ, the bronze font and the astronomical clock. The New Market in Rostock near the Old Market and the Hops market (now University Square), one of the three ancient market places of the Hansestadt city. The Rostock Port is one of the largest ports on the Baltic Sea, it lies in Unterewarnow - the area of the city of Rostock. To the port of Rostock belong the overseas port and the cruise ship port in Warnemünde.
