Baden-Baden is located in the region Baden-Württemberg. Baden-Baden is best known as a popular spa town. Baden-Baden is very popular tourist destination.

History

Due to the hot saline springs that as first baths built the Romans. In the 1st century spa town was founded here, surrounded with walls all over the perimeter. Two centuries later, however, they were destroyed.

Sights

There is also a venue for various festivals. Known are also Friedrich, and Augustine spa. Also there is the Old and New Castle.
